Talent4beria project offers 10 interdisciplinary and intersectoral fellowships with a duration of 36 months each, for the mobility and training of postdoctoral researchers of any nationality, in order to develop R&D&I activities in the field of energy storage in Extremadura, within the framework of Spanish-Portuguese and international cooperation, in order to promote the development of their professional careers in an exceptional research environment.
This session, which will be held entirely in ENGLISH, seeks, on the one hand, to offer information about the objective and scope of the project to interested parties, as well as to help guide future research projects based on the needs of the participants.

FIRST PART – Presentation & planning of the TALENT4IBERIA programme
10:00 – 10:05h Welcome from the Secretary General of Science, Technology and Innovation of the Council of Education, Science and Vocational Training, of the Regional Government of Extremadura, Mr. Javier De Francisco Morcillo
10:05 – 10:30 Presentation of the Talent4Iberia programme (Amelia Aguilar, FUNDECYT-PCTEX)
10:30 – 11:00h Presentation of project planning to partners (Amelia Aguilar, FUNDECYT-PCTEX)

SECOND PART – Diagnosis session for research needs and priorities, with all partners, to recruit future postdoctoral researchers of the programme
11:15 – 12:30h Group dynamics with the participation of all the partners of the Talent4Iberia programme to carry out a prioritization exercise of the specific needs of each entity for the orientation of the researchers’ requests (the academic sector, for its part, will show the lines to promote, the industrial sector will express its needs to be covered through the research stays that could arise from the project).
In-person attendees will work together in the meeting room, while remote attendees will continue the dynamic in a virtual room.
